FDA issue new quinolone warning – dissected aortic aneurysm

Another serious adverse effect associated with fluoroquinolone use – this time the FDA has issued a warning about an apparent increase in the prevalence of ruptured aortic aneurysm, a rare but catastrophic event. More information here
